We aim to explore potential factors of price and popularity of Airbnb listings in New York City. Locations will be the crucial factor. In order to incorporate neighborhoods’ influence, we consider CARBayes: Multilevel Conditional Autoregressive Bayesian Model to capture the variations among Airbnb listings.
